XAML Futures in Microsoft .NET Framework (i.e. Localization! and FxCop)

It seems the XAML guys are finally paying attention to Localization. LocBaml is awful to use and they realize it. Unfortunately, all localization work they're showing is post .NET 4.0. I guess it's over a year away. The localization talk is at the end of the video.
They also show FxCop rule support for XAML that looks cool. You have to download the new XAML Toolkit for it.
